Ladies, I am so excited to start this women's group with you! I believe in authentic connections, having fun and being real, even if it's uncomfortable. As women, having new friendships, support, and guidance can help us better navigate this ever-changing world that we live in. One of the main focuses of this group will be to provide a safe space for anyone to share complicated issues. You can be vulnerable here.

Whether you are struggling in your relationship, having difficulties with parenting, experiencing a faith expansion, or you're not sure who you truly are, we will hold space for all of it.

There is power in each of our lived experiences that can help move us closer to realizing our dreams and full potential as women.
