The Stay MENtally Strong Foundation was established in memory of Sean Oliverson, a beloved orthodontist from Weber County who tragically took his life in 2024.
The vision for this Foundation is to create a supportive and stigma-free environment where men can openly discuss and seek help for their mental health issues, reducing the rates of suicide and improving overall well-being in the community.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive mental health support and raise awareness for men in Northern Utah, focusing on those with mental health issues and suicidal thoughts/ideations. The Foundation will offer resources, support groups, professional assistance, preventative education, and mental health condition services to help men navigate their mental health challenges, with a special arm dedicated to professionals in healthcare and highly confidential professions.

Speakers

Doug Richens

Doug Richens, CEO and Founder of Gray Space Experts, is passionate about helping men break through limitations and step into their full potential. Combining neuroscience, resilience training, and real-world strategies, he empowers men to strengthen their mindset, purpose, and leadership. At Man to Man, Doug will share practical insights to help attendees navigate challenges, build confidence, and take meaningful action in their lives.

Chad Hymas

Chad Hymas, renowned inspirational speaker and leadership coach, has dedicated his life to helping others turn obstacles into opportunities. After a life-changing accident, he redefined resilience and now inspires audiences worldwide to lead with purpose and adaptability. At Man to Man, Chad will share powerful insights on overcoming challenges, embracing change, and taking bold action to create a life of impact.

Rob Condie

Rob Condie, CEO of Granger Medical, is a dedicated leader focused on innovation, growth, and improving healthcare access. With a strong background in business and a passion for empowering teams, he has helped shape one of the largest physician-owned medical groups in the region. At Man to Man, Rob will share insights on leadership, resilience, and the mindset needed to navigate challenges in both business and life.

Jeanine Richens

Jeanine Richens is a dedicated advocate for emotional well-being, resilience, and strong relationships. With a background in Exercise, Health, and Wellness, she has spent her life helping others navigate challenges with compassion. A mother of six and wife of 28 years, she understands the balance of family, personal growth, and healing.
